sunday BBQ-- sun setting-- KDJ record on the decks-- left hand on the EQ, short ribs in the right hand-- hell yeah.  times that will live forever, thanks to A+Z for the party and Michelle for the pics.

the night before last, Thomas Fehlmann played one of the strongest live sets I’ve ever heard.  a slow boil if there ever was one-- two hours of consistently building magic.  stepping back and listening, the last half hour got too trancy for me to deal with, possibly, but part of the genius was in Fehlmann’s ability to slowly pull everyone into that space.
