The second (?) installment of Woebot.tv is up, with an amazing 2006 wrapup.  Woebot talks about records in a way I relate to, with endearing dryness and encyclopedic knowledge the likes of which I have not encountered except possibly in Cascadia’s own Solenoid. (It must be the rain.) My favorite Woebot moment so far appears on this episode, when he takes a deep dive into history, seemingly off the cuff (but for all I know, having required a week of sifting thorugh records), digressing from a discussion of a new Burial track into a top ten of all-time great mutanttrumpet tracks (eg. Jon Hassell, Ben Neill, Miles Davis) which takes up about half of the episode.  One guy with his own show talking about records as long as and in whatever way he likes, with no commercials.  Rare and wonderful.
